Training providers registered with ASQA should be aware that ASQA will not mediate on behalf of the training organisation if they receive a complaint from a student.  Student complaints are only considered if they have exhausted the training provider’s internal complaints procedures. 

When referring complaints to their ASQA, training providers should direct students to their online complaint form rather than the complaints team email address. Furthermore:  ‘Any references in a training provider’s complaints policies to a specific ASQA email address should be removed.’ – ASQA Update October 2013
