Jacqui has an extensive history in the VET sector, having owned and operated her own highly successful, award winning RTO for over 10 years. Jacqui’s RTO delivered training across three states (Victoria, South Australia and Queensland) and more than 2,000 students graduated with qualifications ranging from Certificate III to Advanced Diploma. The RTO delivered a large number of traineeships (both state government funded and fee-for-service programs) and had a range of other government funding contracts for training and employment programs. While under Jacqui’s leadership, the RTO won several awards for both its innovation and high-quality training products and services.
Following the sale of her RTO, Jacqui was endorsed by NARA (National Audit and Registration Agency) as a Lead Auditor and Quality Consultant. NARA-endorsed Quality Consultants worked with RTOs who were registered through NARA to advise on compliance and to ensure that organisations were ready for audit. Jacqui has also been a member of the state committee for ACPET (Australian Council for Private Education and Training) during previous years.
Jacqui’s expertise is in all areas of quality management, and includes:
- compliance with the AQTF and VET Quality Framework
- enhancing quality in training and assessment delivery
- maximising business opportunities
- enhancing the efficiencies and effectiveness of business
Currently, Jacqui is a lead auditor for the Victorian Registration and Qualifications Authority, auditing many RTOs around Victoria.
