Health Check 4 – Marketing, enrolments & student files

If you want a complete review of your marketing, enrolment and student file management processes against the requirements of Standards 3-6.
What you get
We take a close look at marketing materials of three of your courses, conduct a website review looking at the publicly available information, pre & post enrolment student information, fees & refunds, managing credit applications including how you issue qualifications and statements of attainment.
We conduct this as a desk audit where you send us the required documentation. You’ll get a complete and detailed report with our findings including how to improve your marketing, enrolments and student files.
You will also get a full student file audit for up to eight student files.*

This health check covers a review of ALL areas covered in Health Check 1 through to Health Check 4. We conduct this as a desk audit where you send us all required documentation. We’ll send you back a complete and detailed report of our findings covering all compliance areas and recommendations against each.
This health check can also be scheduled over the course of a year, a few months apart or can be conducted all at once, over a few weeks.
