Due to a high level of activity the Australian Industry and Skills Committee (AISC) has released a notification in regard to an extension to transition periods for Training Packages that were released between September 2015 and March 2016.
Usually the transition period for Training Packages is 12 months (Standards for RTOs 2015, Standard 1.26)– this has now been extended for all Training Packages that fall into the release period mentioned above. This extension effects the following training packages:
- Australian Meat Processing Training Package
- Aviation Training Package
- Business Services Training Package
- Community Services Training Package
- Creative Arts and Culture Training Package
- Defence Training Package
- Financial Services Training Package
- Floristry Training Package
- Forest and Wood Products Training Package
- Hairdressing and Beauty Services Training Package
- Health Training Package
- Information and Communications Technology Training Package
- Laboratory Operations Training Package
- Manufacturing Training Package
- Maritime Training Package
- National Water Training Package
- Police Training Package
- Printing and Graphic Arts Training Package
- Property Services Training Package
- Public Sector Training Package
- Resources and Infrastructure Industry Training Package
- Sport, Fitness and Recreation Training Package
- Tourism, Travel and Hospitality Training Package
- Training and Education Training Package
- Transport and Logistics Training Package
