Emily has been working in RTO compliance and administration for over 10 years and has also spent six months teaching English overseas (in Chile) where she experienced facilitating small groups and the experience of working with adult learners and the challenge of learning another language. Emily has worked in a variety of roles in the VET industry from student services, project and management support, through to systems development, sales and marketing. She now specialises in helping organisations successfully gain initial RTO registration by implementing thorough, quality and compliant approaches. Emily loves identifying opportunities for improvement and assisting with implementing new projects, ideas and entities.
